Sonia L. Badon, Operations & Accounting Manager, Hampton Harrison, LLC, is a well-rounded New Orleans native, local HBCU graduate of Southern University, with 20+ years’ experience of executing day to day operations of a medium sized, multi-million-dollar, Information Technology Firm as Executive Operations Manager. Sonia specializes in legal accounting and operations, and is certified in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from University of South Florida.  Her early career knowledge in New Orleans City Government as Executive Assistant for Housing & Neighborhood Development, as Cost Analysis Administrator for Orleans Parish Civil District Court, as well as her continued political involvement managing and providing services to several major campaigns and political organizations showcases her true passion of community service. In her personal time Sonia, enjoys developing mindful movement routines as a Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer to assist with effective mental health techniques, as well as the owner and operator of a Holistic Remedies product line.
